Brief Answer:
Most likely allergic, medication and Avoidance of allergens will help

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Tickling or scratching sensation in throat without any other significant symptoms like cough, swallowing problem is most likely due to some allergy.
If symptoms are more during night it gives a clue towards allergic post nasal drip.
I have seen the previous prescription and there also the treatment was given on line of allergy.
I would suggest you to avoid dust/cold, sour, too spicy food items.
Give some antiallergic like montelukast and levocetrizine combination (montina L /montair LC) with nasal decongestant drops like xylometazolin. Also give furamist spray as advised earlier.
Sometimes regurgitation of feed also causes this type of symptom which aggravate during night time. Lansoprazole tablet once a day for 15 days will help here.
Steam inhalation, plenty of fluids and gargling helps.

Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
