Except for some minor derangements, all your reports are good. My only concern is for your HBa1c levels which stands at a pre-diabetic state.
It’s advisable that you should start adopting healthy diet routine along with atleast 35-40 mins of brisk walk daily for 5 days a week and drink plenty of water.
