Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that beta blocker is the medication which has a strong effect on your heart rate and is not primarily prescribed to lower down the anxiety levels.

If someone’s heart rate is on the lower side then by taking bets blockers the chances of having complications like loss of consciousness goes high.

So it’s not advisable to take any such medication without taking the opinion of your treating cardiologist who know your complete medical history and profile.

Kindly discuss this personally with your treating doctor and if your sociophobia is high do take the help of a psychologist.

Kind Regards
