Question: My age is 27, I don't have diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease and I am suffering from erectile dysfunction, low libido and numb penis for the past six months. I have huge dorsal vein in penis and I was started having sex I was using condom which was blocking the vein and my erection started to get weak gradually since I started sex wearing condom. Then I stopped having sex for four months. After that I had sex with condom and the problem got worse!! Now I have pain on my huge vein and can barely get an erection and I don't feel my penis and when erection happens it is incomplete and my penis is not hard enough. I tried cialis and viagra but it didn't work. Is my ED and numbness caused by wearing condom over my vein and blocking it ?
Is there a treatment that can help?

Wearing condom will not cause Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you posted your facing problem of ED which you assume it to be due to wearing a condom.

At the outset I would like to emphasize that condom will never cause ED .

The problem of ED that you are facing is mostly due to what is called as performance anxiety and is very common in young adults .

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
5) Spend more time in foreplay.

As regards a prominant vein seen on dorsal surface of penis ,It is a prominant tributary of Superficial Dorsal Vein of penis and is seen in many individuals and has no significance neither it is a cause for ED .

This regime will help you to recover from issue of ED over period of 4 months .
