My Anterior Lesion Is 1.8 Cc On T2 MRI Which

Question: My anterior lesion is 1.8 cc on T2 MRI which I understand underestimates lesion size by 1/2 and my urolothought metastesis was perhaps 5-15% And my dipstick today showed "large" for blood. What is the probability that this is related to my prostrate lesion? Could it indicate the lesion has invaded my bladder? My dipsticks have been increasing lately(6 months) but this is the largest reading. Thanks for all your insight.

Prostate cancer can bleed in urethra and blood can get mixed up in urine
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query ..
Based on the facts that you have posted your urine dipstick test has detected large quantity of blood in urine .
Detection of blood in urine is usually due to blood that oozes from cancer lesion getting mixed up with urine when urine passes out through prostatic part of urethra and does not indicate infiltration of cancer in to bladder .
Consult your treating Urologist for assessment and revaluation .
