Brief Answer:
May be idiopathic seizures

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on Ask A Doctor platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Seizures in infancy can be with or without fever.
Seizures with fever starting after 6 months of age is called febrile seizure and is usually benign. Febrile seizures usually persists till 5 years of age and most of the times medications are not needed unless it is too frequent.
Here you have not mentioned fever with seizure so febrile seizure is ruled out.
There can be so many causes of seizures.
I would like to know about the birth history, developmental history, family history of similar illness and other significant past medical history which can give a clue about the etiology of seizure.

MRI brain and EEG are the basic modalities of investigation for seizures. If MRI is normal this suggests that there is no underlying structural abnormality of brain. EEG is not very specific for diagnosis and normal EEG does not rule out seizure disorder.

In many cases all the investigations may remain normal and such condition is known as idiopathic seizures. If seizures are not controlled with medication we may need to increase the dose or add some other medications.

I would request you to attach the reports and details of medications, so that I better able to help you out.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
