Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting to us, and I understand your concern

Although he is a bit underweight, its not too low. He is having 9.7kg against an expected 12 kg(80%). Anything above 80 % is fine.

To ensure good sleep, take care of the following:

1. Ensure a good solid diet just before sleep
2. Do de-worming regularly- every 6 months.
3. Screen for anemia and treat if it is there.

Fuzzy eating habit needs slow and steady behavioural/dietary intervention. Lets keep junk foods away from home kitchen. Promote self eating by him rather than force feeding. Try to make feeding a pleasurable experience. Include enough healthy food items in menu(fruits, nuts, green leafy vegetables). No worries, gradually we can outgrow this.

I hope this answer will help
