My Baby Is 2Y 8months Old, She Is Having Stomach Pain And Light Fever What Is The Remedy For This?

Need only Paracetamol as of now
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
A sudden onset of fever and abdominal pain in a child can suggest a viral fever or early phase of a bowel infection(acute gastero-enteritis).
If she is otherwise playful, we need not worry much. Just give her Paracetamol. You can give Paracetamol suspension (250mg/5ml) 4ml every 6-8 hours for next 48 hours (guess her weight to be 13-15kg). Give a soft diet and let her drink enough fluids.
If she is not getting better in 2-3 days or if she develops fresh symptoms like vomiting, loose stools or urinary disturbances(pain on passing or too frequent passing), let me know. Otherwise, nothing to. worry.
I hope this answer will help

Kindly give few more details
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Sorry to hear that she is not back to normal.
In order to get a more clear picture, kindly provide few more details:
1. Is the pain sever enough to make her cry, or only mild?
2. Can she localise the pain over the abdomen- below/around/above umbilicus?
3. Any fever now?
4. Any other issues like bowel or bladder disturbances as mentioned before?
5. Does she eat herself or we have to force feed?
Kindly get back with details, so that I can guide you better
Regards, Dr Aslam

As my child is not eating anything, we consulted another doctor, she said blood test needs to be done, we are confused, is it required? What is your suggestion from your end.
Better to do
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
As my above queries were not answered, still I am not sure about the cause of the pain.
But, since the pain following a fever, there is a chance of this being caused by a bowel infection/inflammation. The size of mesenteric lymph nodes mentioned in the scanning are also significant(>1cm). In such cases, doing a blood count, ESR and CRP will give us more clues. If all are in line with infection, this will respond to a course of antibiotics.
Let me know if I can assist you further

Can we mix drops with milk? She is not allowing us to take directly.
She is some times active, her only problem is while eating she gets pain, she is weak as she did not eat for last 4 days.
Suggest remedy.
Might be suffering from gastritis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Pain over the abdomen just below the chest (the epigastrium), especially after eating, suggests acute gastritis and is common following viral illnesses. But, as I said earlier, I would prefer doing blood tests given the size of abdominal lymph nodes. Also, a direct abdominal examination is helpful- in gastritis, she can have tenderness on pressing over the epigastrium.
If confirmed, gastritis will respond to antacids and acid-lowering drugs like Lansoprazole taken for 5 days. Also, we have to avoid hot/spicy/oily items for 7-10 days. Giving a lot of fruits and vegetables is good. So, as an alternate option, we can try these measures first and do blood tests if no relief in 3 days.
Hope I have answered your query
If you need further clarification, I will be happy to help; otherwise, you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

She is splitting immedialty, she is not swallowing and crying. Suggest some tips to give drops.
Yes, you can give
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes, you can give mixed with milk/juice/honey.
But try to limit the quantity and use a small cup, as too much quantity or a larger cup might prevent the entire dose from reaching inside(will be adhering to the side of glass/bottle)
