Brief Answer:
Peripheral neuropathy to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor "service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Numbness is, in most of the cases, a symptom that indicates peripheral nervous system compromise.

Since you are suffering from diabetes and you use lots of drugs, both these ( diabetes itself and adverse effects of drugs ) may cause your symptoms.

So, in my opinion, peripheral neuropathy is a condition to consider.

Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
