Hi,
I went through the report. My observation on your thyroid report is as follows.
T3 and T4 are in borderline and your TSH value are within normal limits. If you have no symptoms of low thyroid state - symptoms such as excessive tiredness, over weight, intolerance to cold, hair loss and so on I will consider it as normal. In case you have hypothyroid symptoms, then it will be worthwhile to repeat TSH value along with free T3 and free T4 value.
You also seem to have vitamin D deficiency. It should be corrected with supplements. Contact your primary physician for supplements.
