Brief Answer:
Improve hydration...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Dairy products occasionally cause slowing of bowel movements especially if the product is rich in fat content or if you have an allergy to any ingredients. Besides these, inadequate hydration as well as lack of physical activity may also trigger a bout of constipation even if the dietary aspects are appropriate.
Certain medications also cause constipation. If you've started any of these medications recently, it may be contributing to the bowel change. Are these medications prescribed to you?
In the context, I will encourage you to improve hydration by drinking more fluids. Eat a fiber rich diet. Improve physical activity with exercises. Restrict dairy products with high-fat contents. These changes should help you.
Let me know if you need clarification.
Regards

The supplements that I am consuming have not been prescribed by an expert. It's merely based on my research. I have been consuming it for almost 4-5 months.
In terms of dairy intake, something that I have started very recently is replacing my breakfast with 2 spoons of (https://saffolafittify.com/our-products/meal-replacement-shakes/) and 500ml of Full Cream Milk. The reason I have made this change is in order to be able to better engage my core over having a heavy breakfast. I commute to my workplace on my bicycle, and I have a proper breakfast once I reach work.
In terms of my water consumptions, it is above average, on an average at 4-6 litres per day.
Should I be switching to toned milk?
I though Cream Milk would be good to increase calcium.

Brief Answer:
Full cream milk is rich in fats...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From what I understand you are on ketogenic diet. It is reported to be effective; however, the high protein - high-fat consumption may not suit everyone. As per my awareness, constipation is one reported ill-effects especially in the initial days of starting 'keto-diet'.
Full cream milk is rich in fats with almost the same calcium content compared to toned milk. It is beneficial to reduce fatty food consumption if constipation is troubling; however, you may discuss with your nutritionist if that is ok.
In the current context, I will recommend you use physical exercise and increased activity to help with bowel movements. If it doesn't help, I would consider holding the current dietary regimen and restarting a high fiber-rich diet.
Lastly, though vitamin and cod liver supplementation is good, I do not favor the use of testosterone unless prescribed by a doctor.
Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarification.
