Brief Answer:
Treatment is proper

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached images. It seems that the diagnosis of tinea corporis is correct. It is due to a fungal cause but usually has an allergic component as well. The treatment is on correct lines and you need to be patient. I do not think omnacortil or ofloxacin o2 ointment is needed. You also need to apply some emollient like calamine lotion or some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion over those areas.

For a child of 7 years Histafree 120 is ok and you need not worry.

It might take a few days to recover and so you need to be patient.

Let me know if I could help further.
