Question: My cholesterol levels have been increasing for the past 1/1.5 years. on Feb 14, it showed 240.
I am a healthy man of 6', 82 kg. I have a sedentary job and also stressful conditions at work. I have relatively healthy dietary habits, I avoid fried food and use less oil in meals. I would like to have my LDL/cholesterol in control and do not wish to take lifelong hypolipidemic drugs. Please guide.
