Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on -Ask a Doctor- service!

I passed carefully through your dad's health issues, and considering the fact the complaints persist, it is necessary to review his BP values through the day-night period and his actual anti-hypertensive therapy if any.

Does the symptomatology appear with the same intensity? What about BP values at rest in the sitting or recumbent position? And when performing physical activity?

Do you have any previous cardiac ultrasound report of him?
Any associated cardiomyopathy, or valvular heart disease?

I recommended previously to reduce his anti-hypertensive therapy until stopping id necessary (in case his BP values persist in the lower range).

Could you provide me additional information please, regarding the above mentioned issues? This would be helpful in detailing a professional opinion.

I remain at your disposal for further discussions.

Hope to have been helpful to you!
