Question: My daughter 6 n half years is having cold from past 4 days. Slight fever comes but settled with wikoryl. She got little blood from nose while sneezing. That only one which was in dark red colour. Now, She is having cough with thick mucus. Mild fever there and nose block. Can I give clamp kid forte and tixylix LS and p250 if fever comes. Please suggest. Thank you so much for your time and suggestions.
