Brief Answer:
Most likely allergic

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
It would be of great help if you attach the image showing those rashes.

I would like to know further few details like for how long you have noticed these rashes(Onset and duration) ?
Is this static or progressing? If progressing how fast?
Is there any associated symptoms like fever, itching etc?
Knowing these details will help in understanding better about the etiology and management of rashes.
As per your description it appears to be allergic on origin.
In present context of Covid and lockdown I would also like to know if she is washing her hands frequently with soap or using sanitizer...
If it is really allergic as I think so, avoiding allergen like using mild soap, avoiding unnecessary hand wash and frequent use of moisturiser will help.
If progressing inspite of taking all these precautions use of antiallergic like levocetrizine will help.

I hope this helps.
Please provide the details and also let me know if you have any more doubts.
Thanks and regards

Hello Doctor,

Thanks for your speedy response. I am sending the details as per the questions and I am also uploading the pictures.

how long you have noticed these rashes(Onset and duration)?
Ans: we have noticed the rashes today only. But the kid is saying these are there from yesterday but we did not observe/they are not noticeable.

Is this static or progressing? If progressing how fast?
Rashes seem to be static.

Is there any associated symptoms like fever, itching, etc?
No fever but they are little itchy. As per the kid, the itchy feeling was gone after applying plain coconut oil.

She is washing hands with soap but not too frequently and no use of sanitizer.

Please let me know if you need further details and suggest any moisturizer also.

Thanks,
Muralidhar.
