It’s just appeared yesterday. No changes in diet. She says it’s not itchy but it seems that she scratched it in her sleep. They are not raised at all.

I have gone through the reports. The lesion more or less looks like an insect bite reaction or eczema. the red streaks may be due to scratching only.
You can wait for few days and in most cases it will settle by itself.
