Through reading your query I would like to help you with this question. Symptoms of an antibiotic allergy can be mild and include a flat rash and itching such as hives are raised, red patches of skin.

How did she get a prescription Benadryl? Did she see a doctor about it? As per the picture report, it can be caused by scarlet fever rash. Scarlet fever is a condition that causes a red rash.

Antibiotics are very important to take during she has scarlet fever because it helps to prevent the other health problem. In some people, the bacteria that cause scarlet fever can cause a serious disease called acute rheumatic fever. This disease damages the heart and causes other problems. So before deciding that your daughter gets penicillin allergy she has to make sure with her doctor. Her doctor will do an examination and see the rash more clearly.
