Brief Answer:
It may be due pre menstrual syndrome. Require confirmation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern. As endoscopy and blood tests reports are normal, so I think it may be due to premenstrual syndrome. Does she has other symptoms like abdominal pain, bloating, irritability, sadness, fever? Kindly follow up with detailed history.
Usually pre menstrual syndrome symptoms begin on day 14 and last for 7 days considering 28 days of cycle. Whether she has these symptoms during these days in every month? Please reply.
Kindly take tab. Tylenol 650 mg for pain. Mild increase in calcium level does not show such symptoms.Take vitamin supplement without calcium. Kindly take balanced diet and drink plenty of fluids. Take rest and avoid stress.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you.
