Brief Answer:
Neurological conditions to consider and evaluate further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Brain fog in young adults may be linked to issues such as anxiety and depression.

In rare cases, neurological conditions such multiple sclerosis, adverse effects of some drugs, etc. may cause such issues.

It is necessary for your daughter to get evaluated by a Neurologist in order to understand better the condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
