Brief Answer:
Suggests allergic rhinitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thank you for the details given, although the duration of symptoms is not mentioned
These features probably suggests allergic rhinitis.
This will respond to steroid nasal spray. But, before starting this, ideally we have to do a direct examination to look for other contributing factors like deviated septum, nasal polyps etc. Considering the present COVID pandemic situation, for the time being you can start using Fluticone-FT nasal spray(Fluticasone furoate). Start with 1 puff twice daily to begin with. After good response, we can taper down the dose after few weeks. Get back to me after 2 weeks to assess the response.
Meanwhile, avoid exposure to dust as far as possible.
Keep inside house, especially bed rooms dust free- do wet mopping to clean floor, wet mop ceiling fan leaves every 2 weeks, wash window curtains every 2 weeks, clean AC filters every 2-3 weeks. Cockroaches exacerbate symptoms- so keep the house cockroach free. Also, avoid keeping cats/pet birds/other animals, as their fur is strong allergen.
I hope this answer will help
If you need further clarification, I will be happy to help

The duration of her sneezing is in the morning near about two hours before I give her maxtra syrup, medicine suggested by you should we start for her or is their any side effects of this medicine or not to worry about it
Brief Answer:
Side effects are minimal
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
By duration, I mean when did the problem start, like 6months back or 1 year back, and not the duration of symptoms/day.
Regarding side effects, as with any other drugs, this also can cause some side effects like nasal irritation, oropharyngeal candidiasis. But these are rare, and most individuals will not experience significant side effects. Also, topically applied sprays generally have much less side effects than orally taken drugs.
So, if the symptoms are cumbersome, you can start without much worries. If starting, direct the spray towards outer wall of each nostril, and not towards the midline nasal septum.
If you need further clarification, I will be happy to help; otherwise you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.
