Brief Answer:
Causes of feeling dizzy/unable to move in sleep,&waking up with heavy head.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Stress itself is causing movement problems to your daughter. In most of the cases, there is no such organic damages. However, heavy head should get further examined to check out for other pathologies apart stress.
So, start measuring her blood pressure and blood sugar levels upon waking up. And, make an appointment with neurologist to rule out neurological problems.

Keep well hydrated, and take magnesium supplement. Valeriana supplement as drops before going to bed at night time can also help.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other concern.
