My Daughter Who Was Training To Be A Pro Tennis

Question: My daughter who was training to be a pro tennis player is 15 years old and was diagnosed as popliteal venous entrapment syndrome. In Japan she had operations for each leg in May and XXXXXXX It has passed more than 2 months. It doesn't seem that it has got better. Unfortunately there are very few cases and very few experienced doctors for the disease in Japan. Especially no case for an athlete. Can she take an operation once more? Are there any possibilities for her to get better?
I have read there were a few cases that woman athletes returned to training after surgeries in the world.
Would you please recommend which county and which hospital is the best to go to and the best doctor? We are Japanese but live in Malaysia. Depending on the cost I would like to take her to the best place.
