Question: My embryo transfer was done on 11 July and how soon can I take home pregnancy test because it’s really difficult to wait. Still have 10 days to wait and these 10 days seems to me like 10 years. Need to know the nearest possible date when I can have home pregnancy test. Mine was freeze embryo transfer

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

You need to wait for at least 15 days after embryo transfer to get your results. There is possibility of error if done early. If your embryo transfer was on 11 July, you need to test for pregnancy on 25 July and not before that.

I understand the anxiety associated with desire to test early. False negative report if tested early might be more depressing. Hence wait till the expected date to test yourself.
