Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, there can be several causes for higher eosinophil count i.e. eosinophilia. Still most commonly it may be due to allergic reactions or parasitic infections.
Please let me know do you have fever, cold, sore throat/cough, rashes/itching over body, abdominal pain, history of asthma?
Do you have history of any drug or food allergy, had outside food?
Higher eosinophil count may indicate any underlying condition as explained above. So, Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
So kindly follow up with detailed history.
Waiting for reply.

No doctor. I don't have asthma or food allergies. No rashes or abdominal pain. Drug allergy MOX antibiotic tablet does not suit. Presently I don't have sore throat but couple of months had cough which took long time to go. At present no cough at all.

Replied to your queries. Hope you got my replies
Brief Answer:
No need of any treatment....
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your reply.
As per your history, I think it may be due to allergic sore throat/cough that you had couple of months ago.
At present, you don't have any symptoms. So there is no need of any treatment.
Eosinophil count will get normalize itself. Kindly avoid allergens. Take balanced diet.
Hope I have answered your query. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
