Brief Answer:
Topical steroid, moisturizing lotion, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing lotion on the entire body 2-3 times in a day.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily at bedtime for 10 days.
Keep the body moisturised, avoid strong soaps, avoid hot water for bathing and use lukewarm water.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
