My Father Has Undergone A Chest X-Ray. Kindly Go Through The Below Findings

Question: Hi Sir,

Yesterday, my father has undergone a Chest X-Ray. Kindly go through the below findings and let me know what all it means.

Note: My father is a non smoker, controlled Blood pressure, controlled Blood sugar and have Cholesterol but taking Ecosprin (1tab/per day, after dinner)

Findings are:

1- No active Lungs Parenchymal Lesion is seen
2- Trachea is in midline
3- Both Hila are normal
4- Right dome of Diaphrgrm is elevated
5- Cardio Thoracic ratio is normal
6- Both Costophernic angles are clear

Thanks for the query.I understand your concern.
The Xray reports provided in the query show perfectly normal anatomy of the thorax &lungs with no obvious pathology .
Only point denoting variation in depth of right dome of diaphragm.. .being elevated..is not significant here as there is no other sign of pathology in lung field .Such variation in diaphragmatic elevation depends on age,weight &thorasic diamentions of person...
