Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your father’s health and I would like to tell you that if he is nondiabetic nonhypertensive then he can have almost all healthy and calcium and protein rich diet.

You can give him wholesome fruit and protein shakes if he is a vegan otherwise chicken soup and egg white will be best protein food .

Fried or oily food should be avoided . He will require calcium supplements along with diet.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly

Kind Regards
