Brief Answer:
Total daily dose is 60 mg/kg

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking here

The dose of paracetamol is 60 mg/kg/day and it can be given at an interval of 4-8 hours based on frequency of fever.
If given at 4 hours interval the dose should be 10 mg/dose(6 times a day), at 6 hourly interval (4 times a day)15 mg/kg and at 8 hourly(3 times) interval 15-20 mg/kg. Also do tepid sponging as it helps in bringing down the temperature.
If fever persists even with paracetamol please consult your pediatrician.

I hope this helps.
Regards
