My Foot Is Very Swollen. Can’t Wear Shoes. Been Not

It is not related to GERD.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the photographs.
The edema(swelling) of the lower limb is not related to your GERD and detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause.
Many people develops edema of the lower limb as they age. The most common cause for edema is long standing hypertension, which will cause pooling of fluids in the lower portion of body.
Chronic kidney diseases and low proteins can also cause similar symptoms. You have to go for a renal function test(RFT) and serum proteins level to rule out these two conditions.
An ultrasound scan is also required as varicose vein or venous thrombosis can also cause these symptoms.
In most cases conservative management will be enough. You can keep the limb elevated as it will help with symptomatic improvement. In severe cases low dose diuretics may be required after consulting your physician.
You can go for an ultrasound abdomen to rule out stone diseases for your abdominal pain.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
