Question: My friend Firoj XXXXXXX age of 31, got his LFT test done this week. He told me today that he has severe weekness and very scared about his report. He not an alcoholic nor he smoke. Please help me out by explaining this report and also suggest the next procedure.

No Mam, he only has slightly yellowish urine that's all but his weekness increasing day by day.

* With this SGPT level, there does not sound a valid reason for severe progressive
weakness.
* My guidelines at present
- Maintain his hydration with plenty of liquids as boiled water, lemon juice, coconut
water, butter milk etc.
- Add multi vitamin tablet in current drug basket.
- discuss need of ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for further management with his
doc.
