My Friend Had 2 Floods With Water Entering Her Home

My friend had 2 floods with water entering her home last summer and 2 animals have passed away suddenly her asthma has worsened and she thought she had a severe cold which when she is treated with a Z pak ends in a few days now its been 3 weeks
she's gone to the ER but I don't think she is putting it together that both she and her animals are suffering/dying from mold exposure
she also states she has had a bloody nose recently which has never happened before
hpw does one tell its from mold exposure?

As per your history, it may be due to severe cold and mold exposure.
Usually severity of asthma increases during cold, allergens exposure like pollen, mold, dust,anxiety.
These triggering factors causes airway contractions which increases asthma severity. So during such attacks she may require salbutamol or steroid inhalers after consultation.
Nose bleeding may be due to dry nose which may cause due to cold. For that she can use xylometazoline nasal drops after consultation. Alternatively she can use nasal saline drops.
Avoid forceful nose blowing or nose picking. Avoid hot and humid environment. Do regular blood pressure monitoring. Kindly watch for symptoms like breathing difficulty, fever, rapid heart beats.
