My Friend Had Biopsy Of Her Left Breast And After

Question: My friend had biopsy of her left breast and after 11 days when her period ended. Biopsy showed erythrocytes, fat drops; basophilic cystic substance. It was taken from left breast on 16hours 1cm and it is solid. She was diagnosed in Russia. Russian oncologist mammalogist told her to do surgery and remove the cyst after he did ultrasound, but she did 2 ultrasounds before visiting oncologist mammalogist and it didn't show her having cyst. After visiting doctor she did one more ultrasound that didn't show her having cyst either. What should she do?

Considering that the biopsy was benign ans the cyst is not visible clearly, I would recommend just observation. Most likely it is a benign cyst for which surgery is not required.

However, if the oncologist has suspicion, it will be better to get a MRI done which gives a much clearer picture.
