My Gallbladder Was Removed In 1996. A Recent Nd I
Question: My gallbladder was removed in 1996. A recent nd I with and without contrast revealed t2 hyperintense lesions within the tail 2-7 mmm along with duct dilitation. The lesions were biopsied in 2015 as benign. The duct dilitation is new. What should I do?

As per the rails and researches- Dilatation of the bile duct occurred slightly in most cases post cholecystectomy though some cases showed more than 3 mm dilatation.
However, if the patient is asymptomatic bile duct dilatation of up to 10 mm can be considered as a normal range in patients after cholecystectomy.
I don't feel you need to worry at all.
It's a normal physiological process.
