Brief Answer:
Viral myocarditis most probably.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I am sorry to hear this from you.
Several tests should have been performed to her when she started to have symptoms of chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, swollen ankles and feet.
The doctors should have done an ECG, ecocardiograme, chest x-ray, blood tests etc .
Viruses are the most common cause of the myocarditis.
The autopsy , histopathology should have shown signs of myocarditis.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

There were some heart cells inflamated. A week before death she was very tired. But i think she didnt gave much attentions to symptoms... This is what toksicology have shown. I ask my self if she could be revived with immediately cpr and electroshocks because 10 to 20 minutes passed before she was found in bathroom

Brief Answer:
It seems fulminant myocarditis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
If it was fulminant myocarditis it is lethal and there are very few chances of survival.
If crp was performed earlier she could be revived but doesn't mean that she should have lived and survived.
I am sorry to say that.

Answered by Dr. Olgeta Xhufka (36 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Myocarditis can cause heart failure and pulmonary edema.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
The heart failure and pulmonary edema are not genetically related.
The pulmonary edema is caused by heart failure when heart fails to pump blood to organs and it is accumulated in lungs.
Heart muscle can't function to pump the blood and one reason for it can be myocarditis.
