Brief Answer:
Take Bactrim D S along with Nitrofurantoin twice daily

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the reports of routine urine analysis and Urine culture of your grandmother that you have uploaded I would suggest you to take combination of Trimithoprim + Sulphmethoxazole along with Nitrofurantoin ( Niftas 100 mg ) twice daily .

It is always advisable to take combination of two drugs to get desired result quickly.Reduce the dose of Niftas 100 mg twice daily

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
