Xerina cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
He can use a combination of glycolic acid and lactic acid cream ( Xerina) twice daily for 3 months.
This should help him.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
Thank you.

No, it can only be controlled with medication, there is no permanent cure.
Generally psoriasis of feet is limited and doesn't progress to other parts of body.
There is no need to avoid any food. Intake of food rich in omega 3 fatty acids such as flaxseed or dry fruits is helpful.
Yes it can be aggravated by stress. The cause is genetic and there is nothing an individual can do to stop it.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
