My Husband Was Doing Light Work When He Came Inside
Question: My husband was doing light work when he came inside complaining about a rapid heartbeat, instant fatigue and sweating. The weather is cool at this time where we live. He said he felt like he just ran a marathon and could not hardly raise his arms. The symptoms stopped after approximately 15 minutes. What problem could these symptoms indicate?

The symptoms he experienced are ones typically seen due to heart attack.
I strongly recommend him to get an EKG at the earliest. If shows any ischemic changes then may have to go for an Angiogram to decide on further management.
If the EKG is normal, the symptoms can well be due to simple gastritis too. You can give him a week course of antacids which should avoid such recurrences again.
