Brief Answer:
possible calculus in the urinary system or other causes.must visit ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

* Sudden onset of vomiting with lower back pain wrapping around front of abdomen is
suspicious of possible calculus in the urinary system most likely.

Though not serious, he must visit ER for getting ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for the final diagnosis and management accordingly.

Wish him fine recovery and health.
Thanks.
