I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Mostly probably, just two findings of headache and raised BP are mostly post-spinal headache and resultant high BP.

However I will like to rule out raised intracranial pressure (since presence of wide pulse pressure). The usual findings of raised ICT will include low pulse, high BP, changes in respiration. Also nausea, vomiting, vision problems, fear of looking in light, or inability to walk straight line.

BP lowering medicines will be needed if BP is consistently raised.
