Brief Answer:
Please see the detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Various types of infections may cause enlargement or swelling of lymph nodes and infections in the head and neck may develop a headache, tinnitus, etc. Tinnitus is the condition when someone experiences ringing in one or both ears. Again, the most common lumps or swelling are enlarged lymph nodes. An enlarged lymph node indicates that your body is fighting an infection or some other type of illness.

Neck mass, tinnitus, headache, etc may result from an ear infection, common cold, sinusitis, tonsilitis, labyrinthitis, bacterial or viral infection, neck trauma, malignancy, etc. Treatment depends on causes. Some investigations like FNAC or Biopsy from the neck mass will detect its exact etiology of formation and then treat them accordingly. You can consult the ENT specialist for excluding causes for your present sufferings.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question.
