My Kid 4 Years Suffering Watery Diahroeea. Fever Stomach Pain.

Brief Answer:
Looks like unrelated viral diarrhea
Detailed Answer:
Hi...It seems your kid is having viral diarrhoea. Once it starts it will take 5-7 days to completely get better. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
There is no need to use antibiotics unless there is blood in the motion. Antibiotics might worsen if unnecessarily used causing antibiotic associated diarrhoea.
I suggest you use zinc supplements (Z&D drops 1ml once daily for 14 days) & ORS (Each small packet mixed in 200ml of potable water and keep giving sip by sip) as hydration is very important and crucial part of treatment. If there is vomiting you can use Syrup Ondansetron (as prescribed by your paediatrician).
Regarding diet - Avoid fruit juices as they might aggravate diarrhea. You can give zinc supplements & ORS apart from normal vegetarian porridges & soups.
WIDAL is highly nonspecific and the antibodies can remain raised for weeks to months together. So so not worry about it.

Brief Answer:
Mesenteric adenitis is very common in general population
Detailed Answer:
There is no stool test in the reports please.
The USG abdomen is suggestive of mesenteric adenitis.
It is non specific enlargement of lymph nodes in the tummy - the most common reason being viral.
It is self limiting and nothing to worry about please.

Detailed Answer:
Hello...be rest assured.
From your symptom analysis and correlating it with the history that I have gathered from you I feel that the possibilities are -
1. Acute bacillary dysentery.
2. Extremely unlikely but cows milk protein intolerance
3. Recurrent viral illness.
I don't see the chances of IBD here please.

Brief Answer:
Suggestions on amoebiasis
Detailed Answer:
Hello...amoebiasis should be diagnosed only with the presence of trophozoites in the stool sample and the presence of amoebic cysts is not the positive sign for amoebiasis please.
After you have used Ornidazole, it is highly unlikely that amebiasis will still be there.
This blood in the stool might be because of antibiotic associated diarrhoea.
