My Lab Values For My CBC Show The Following: Slight

Question: My lab values for my CBC show the following: slight elevation of EOS, Decreased Hgb, Decreased Hgb, Decreased MCH and MCHC, Decreased MCV, Decreased absolute neutrophils, elevated RDW-SD and elevated RDW-CV. Can you please signficance of the labs. I am 35 y/o. The labs were done about 2 months ago and yesterday and have showed an improvement in the values. My iron levels 2 months ago were low and I was started on Ferrous Sulfate twice a day and now those values are elevated, including the Iron level, percentage of Iron, and Ferritin. My TBC has always been elevated. I also had a vitamin D level of 15 2 months ago and have been placed on 2000 U of D3 daily since then. New results not done yet. Thank you.
Brief Answer:
ANAEMIA
Detailed Answer:
Dear hmjeck,
Your blood pictur suggests that that you have nutritional defficiency anaemia which includes iron, b12 and folic acid and vit.d. I am happy that after administration of vit d and iron there is improvement. Further administration of vitamin b12( cynaconalqamin) and folic acid should improve it further . After doing so please post fresh cbc report with peripheral blood smear examination report along with routine stool examination report to rule out any intestinal problem leading to deficiency status.

If it is nutrtional anemia, does that mean that I need to meet with a dietitian regarding my food intake. Is it possible that something is preventing me from absorbing the B12 and folic acid I am taking in or am I not taking in enough? I do have to submit a stool specimen to be sure that I am not bleeding. The fact that my neutrophils are down doesn't imply that I have some sort of leukemia does it-just concerned. I know someone who does and has been diagnosed with ALL.
Brief Answer:
ANAEMIA
Detailed Answer:
DEAR HMECK,
THANKS FOR REVERTING. SINCE YOU ARE IMPROVING WITH ADMINISTRATION OF B12 AND FOLIC ACID I CONSIDER IT IS NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCY. EITHER IT IS ABSORPTION PROBLEM OR IT IS YOUR DIET WHICH IS DEFICIENT IN THESE. SO PLEASE CONTINUE WITH YOUR CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT AND AT YOUR CONVENIENCE SEEK A GASTROENTEROLOGY OPINION.
