Needs to be examined and mammogram may be needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to Ask a doctor forum. Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be reviewed in detail by a surgeon or a gynecologist and get detailed breast examination done as well as may need to be evaluated for any lumps and bumps as well as relevant axillary lymph nodes examination.

Also the skin needs to be seen for any early signs of herpes zoster in Thoracic dermatome in the area of T4.

For reassurance ultrasound breast and mammogram may be asked. Taking OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
