My Left Eye Has Been Twitching/pulsing For About 2 Weeks

But the left eye twitch / pulse is what I am really concerned about at the moment, as it has been consistent on and off throughout the day. I dont believe stress or caffiene to be the culprit.
Any advice / help is appreciated.
Eye twitching is common and not worrisome if other neurological symptoms are not present
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask a Doctor service,
I carefully read your query and understand your concern.
Eye twitching is a common finding and is not worrisome, especially if it is not associated with any other neurological symptoms such as difficulty speaking, slurred speech, weakness or numbness in any limbs, balance problems or blackouts.
As long as you do not have any of the other neurological symptoms you do not need to worry about eye twitching. It does not seem to be due to certain neurological conditions.
I understand that you do not believe that stress is possibly the cause of it. On the other hand, being overloaded, busy, tired, stressed and anxious are the most common causes of eye twitches, especially if no other neurological symptoms are present.
I hope I have answered your query. I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
