My Left Lower Feet Is Paining Due To Strain During Walking
Question: My left lower feet is paining due to strain. If I put pressure on it by pressing or during walking, I am getting pain. Not sure how I can upload images here to show exact location.
Brief Answer:
Could be retro calcaneal Bursitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
With your query I am not clearly able to understand if you had an injury.
The pain you are describing may be due to swelling behind the heel- called retrocalcaneal Bursitis.
I suggest pain killers, hot fomentation, local analgesic cream and Creppe Bandage application.
Please get X Rays of both feet AP and Lateral View( Lat view including Heels)
Thanks for the question. I hope to have answered your question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
