The pain in muscles, calves, hips and legs can be due to severe vitamin D deficiency that you have. This needs proper Vitamin D3 supplements at lest 60,000IU once week long with proper exposure to sunlight. Adding regular calcium supplements like Tab Corcium K2 will also help.
In addition to the supplements you need to have electrolyte rich plenty of fluids orally like fresh fruit juices. Taking methylcobalamin supplements will also help.
Mild pain killers will help in case the pain is severe or persistent. X-ray of the affected joints will help in diagnosing any arthritic changes.
