My legs have pain and I fell tired and lazy and no back pain When I massage my feet, I get relief or pain as soon as I stop doing it, I don't feel like doing it again.

Brief Answer:
It seems like a generalised discomfort of pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

There could be following reasons for these symptoms:
- problem with the muscles
- problem with blood circulation in artery or veins
- Chikungunya infection
- sedentary lifetsyle
- thyroid issues

I would suggest the following tests: complete blood count, thyroid scan, fasting blood sugar, creatine phosphokinase levels, duplex scan of legs. If above is negative then Chikungunya test to be done. Medicine will depend on test results.

You may try the following:
- consume regular meals that are easily digestible
- avoid alcohol
- sleep at proper times for atleast 8 hours
- mild exercise within your capacity
- avoid strenuous physical or mental work.
- avoid bread, white sugar
- take iodinated salt
- take warm bath, oil massage on affected areas with gentle touch only. Avoid rubbing vigorously
- foods that can will help are - jeera, cinnamon, ginger, magoes, green garpes, warm milk, butter, warm drinks, kheer
- yoga and meditation

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
