Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
She is likely to be suffering from Delusional parasitosis wherein patient have this unmistaken belief that their skin is infected with parasites when actually there are none. These patients will often also report crawling and pin-pricking sensation arising from the skin and will also pick at there skin. Basically, it is a psychiatric illness. I suggest you to kindly consult a psychiatrist. Creams won't help her at all.
Human infection with dipylidium caninum is very rare and is diagnosed by either fecal examination for tapeworm segments Or the segments may be seen stuck around the anal skin.
Hope I have answered your query
