Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through reports thoroughly.
As per the given report it seems like she is having a condition called Crohn’s disease. It is a condition affecting bowel and sometime cause other symptoms like fever and joint pain.
In this cases the ESR and CRP is elevated which indicates active phase of infection.
Generally a colonoscopy is required to assess the severity of the disease.
It is difficult to cure but disease can be controlled effectively with drugs like azoran or other immunomodulators, sometime steroid can be given.
Consult a gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
